This research employs a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). Data were collected through questionnaires administered to experts and students during the limited trial phase. The research subjects consisted of three experts—material expert, media expert, and instructional Design expert—and ten students from the Vocational Culinary Arts Education Study Program. Data were analyzed using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The media was Developed through four stages of the 4D model: (1) Define, which involved needs analysis; (2) Design, which involved Designing the content and appearance of the media; (3) Develop, which involved product Development, expert validation, and small group testing; and (4) Disseminate, which involved distributing the instructional video via digital platforms such as YouTube. The study employed qualitative; with library research, the study was analyzed using content analysis. The research findings indicate that (1) applying multiple intelligences theory in education plays a crucial role in developing 6C skills. (2) Identifying various types of student intelligence through project-based strategies and intelligence mapping can enhance learning effectiveness. (3) The positive impacts of implementing multiple intelligences include increased student engagement, communication skills, and collaboration. This research is a research and development study, using the 4D model which consists of four stages, namely Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. This research involved subject matter experts, media and learning design experts, and students who had passed the Southeast Asian cuisine course as respondents. Data collection was conducted through a Likert scale questionnaire distributed to experts and students. The data was analysed descriptively and quantitatively by calculating the percentage of assessments from experts and student responses. Based on the results of the test by media and learning design experts, the feasibility percentage was 96.4%, while the subject matter experts' test resulted in a feasibility percentage of 98%. Thus, the media was declared ‘Highly Feasible’ for use as learning media. The results of the student response test showed that the PowerPoint media received a positive response. Based on the collected data, the learning media obtained a suitability percentage of 89.5%. The study produced a flipbook as a learning medium, examined its feasibility, and analyzed students’ responses toward its use. The research sample consisted of 52 fourth- and sixth-semester students who had completed the Food and Beverage Service and Bar course. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert Scale, which were distributed to experts and respondents, and then analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative techniques. The results of the study indicate that the flipbook on Table Set Up developed with the 4D model was evaluated as “very feasible” by experts, with scores of 94.20% from content experts, 96.37% from instructional media experts, and 96.37% from instructional design experts. This research is an R & D (Research and Development) with 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The subjects of this study involved learning material experts, learning media experts, learning design experts, and 20 students of the Culinary Department at SMK Negeri 2 Tejakula for the small group testing. The data collection method used was Likert scale scoring questionnaire. The data were then analyzed using quantitative descriptive techniques. The results of this study are as follows: Interactive PowerPoint learning media has been developed through four stages, namely; (1) define, which is the stage of analyzing the learning material based on the Learning Outcomes (CP) and Learning Objectives (ATP); (2) design, which is the stage of designing material and making interactive PowerPoint products; (3) development, is the stage of validity testing by experts with a trial score of 96.39% from material experts, 94.62% from media experts, and 95.00% from learning design experts, all of which are classified as "very valid", as well as a score of 90.6% from small group tests with the category "very agree"; (4) disseminate, is the stage of product dissemination through teachers of related subjects in schools. The main focus is to identify the extent to which SRA policies, character building, and community involvement contribute to creating an inclusive and non-aggressive school culture. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and vice principal for curriculum, who served as key informants in the implementation of SRA. Supporting data were obtained from indirect observation and review of documents related to school policy.</p> <p>The results of this discussion explain that the child-friendly school program at SMPIT Al Mumtaz Jayanti Tangerang is implemented holistically through two main pillars: a clear anti-violence policy and the integration of character values such as empathy, tolerance, and discipline into the curriculum. This implementation includes training teachers to effectively handle bullying and using learning methods that encourage cooperation among students. The direct impact of the SRA program is evident in the significant decrease in the number of bullying cases, the increase in students' courage to report incidents, and the creation of a safe and conducive school environment. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan R&D (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model 4D (Define, Design, Development, Disseminate). Dalam penelitian menggunakan subjek uji kelompok kecil pada 10 orang siswa Kelas X yang telah memperoleh mata pelajaran dasar-dasar tata boga, dan penilaian dari 3 orang ahli, yaitu ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah menggunakan angket dengan skala likert sebagai jenjang penilaian. Menggunakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penilaian validitas menunjukkan bahwa media dinyatakan “sangat layak”, dengan presentase skor kelayakan ahli materi sebesar 94% dari ahli materi, 96% dari ahli media, dan 95% dari ahli desain pembelajaran. Persentase validitas yang tinggi dari para ahli menunjukkan bahwa E-Modul Interaktif berbasis Flipbook Maker tentang Teknik Pengolahan Pangan Dasar terbukti sangat valid dan layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran di kelas X SMK Negeri 4 Bangli. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) design with the 4D model. The respondents consisted of 31 Year XI Hospitality students who had completed the Food and Beverage Service subject. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire administered to experts and students. The data were analysed using descriptive quantitative methods. The development process followed four systematic stages: (a) define, by identifying learning needs through observation, preliminary–final analysis, student analysis, task analysis, and concept analysis; (b) design, by preparing the material, determining the medium, selecting the format, and creating the initial design; (c) develop, by adding audio elements and conducting validation by material, media, and design experts; and (d) disseminate, by distributing the instructional video on a limited scale to teachers and students, and collecting students’ responses. The learning video is rated as highly feasible by experts, with a score of 100% from material experts and 96.81% from media and design experts. Students’ responses to the video are very positive, with a score of 95.6%. In the Banten context, bureaucratic corruption remains a serious challenge to achieving clean and integrated governance. This study highlights the importance of anti-corruption educational literacy as a cultural instrument that fosters integrity awareness from an early age, as well as its relevance to bureaucratic reform oriented toward transparency and accountability. This approach emphasizes not only legal enforcement but also the transformation of the values and behaviors of civil servants through educational networks, government institutions, and civil society. By adopting a collaborative inter-organizational model, the corruption eradication strategy in Banten is directed at developing a sustainable integrity ecosystem. The results of this study indicate that anti-corruption educational literacy effectively drives a shift in bureaucratic culture from pseudo-compliance to moral awareness. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with a descriptive quantitative method. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to subject matter experts and media/design experts, and then analyzed descriptively in the form of percentages. The results show that the development process was carried out systematically in accordance with the 4D model, which includes: the Define stage to analyze learning needs; the Design stage to prepare content, create slides, and determine visual appearance; the Develop stage to produce the media and conduct expert validation; and the Disseminate stage to distribute the final product on a limited scale. Validation results indicate that the media falls into the highly feasible category, with a score of 97,14% from subject matter experts and an average score of 95.71% from media & design experts. Thus, the interactive PowerPoint media assisted by Canva developed in this study is proven to be highly feasible as an alternative learning medium in the Asian Cuisine course.
